This technology uses high-frequency sound waves to look at organs and structures inside your pet’s body. Our veterinarians can use it to view the abdominal organs such as liver, spleen, bladder, kidneys, adrenal glands, intestinal tract, and lymph nodes. Ultrasound can also be used for early detection of pregnancy and view fetal heart beats. The Animal Clinic maintains a partnership with a group of veterinary radiologists, Oncura Telemedicine. Evaluation of your pet’s heart is also a huge advantage of our partnership with Oncura and allows for full assessment of your pet’s heart with recommendations from a board certified cardiologist.
